Classes
Our instructors are local established artists working in many mediums such as watercolor, acrylics, mixed media, and more.
Classes are intimate small group settings. We value individual artistic expression.

Participants do not ‘copy,’ but instead, use an experimental approach as they incorporate new techniques to create works of art.
Decadent Gifts and Gallery will be offering a variety of Art Classes and Art Talks in our After-Hours Series.
Classes and Art Talks usually meet on Tuesday or Thursday evenings or Saturday afternoons and are held at Decadent Gifts and Gallery.
Larger events hosted by Decadent Gifts and Gallery may be offered at a different location, such as the BrewProjekt.

With small class sizes, events sell out quickly, so check back often for new offerings.
Technique Tuesday - Inside Buildings & Furniture

Think of ‘Wardrobe’ and ‘Lumiere’ from Beauty and the Beast. The human qualities given to them really brought them to life. Stretch your imagination and your pencil lines to create wonderful inside scenes for your next character sketches.

Technique Tuesday - Birds

Spring always brings back the birds, and in our art, they can be wild and imaginative with feathers, wingtips, color, and crazy feet and beaks. Using true bird reference images, we learn techniques to make our created birds believable and joyful.

Technique Tuesday - Wonky Vase & Florals
Tuesday April 22nd 6pm-8pm
The floral possibilities are endless as we take what we know about true botanicals and add our own creative flair with twists and turns that are as unexpected as they are colorful!
Transform flowers and greenery into interesting still life images that are filled with patterns and surprises.

Card Making with Cari Raynae
Tuesday May 6th 6pm-8pm
Your Mom would like a card from you on Mother’s Day. She’d LOVE one that you made
yourself! How about making some together? Local artist Cari Raynae will instruct a class
where you will learn stamping techniques, paper-folding tricks, and easy watercoloring.
And let’s not forget Dad- You’ll also create a Father’s day card. The class is on May 6, 6:00 to 8:00PM $25.00
